Sketchup might be unable to install the extension because your computer doesn't meet the requirements.

In order to use the extension, you need:

    -SketchUp Pro 8 or later
    -Windows 7 or later
    -An internet connection

There are a few things you can try to get Sketchup working correctly. First, try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, you can try downloading and installing the extension manually. Here's a link to the extension page on the Sketchup website:

    https://www.sketchup.com/extensions/extension-detail/3d-toolbar-pro-by-renderworks

If you're still having problems after trying these steps, you can contact Sketchup support for assistance.

When you try to install an extension and Sketchup says it was unable to install, it's usually because the extension is corrupt or not compatible with your current version of Sketchup. To fix this, close Sketchup and then delete the folder in which the extension is saved. Restart Sketchup and try installing the extension again. If you're still having problems, contact the developer of the extension for help.

Sketchup will be unable to installation if it is not compatible with your version of Sketchup.

The extension is only compatible with the following versions of Sketchup: 8, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. If you are using an older or newer version of Sketchup, the extension will not work.

First, try restarting your computer. Then open Sketchup and go to Window > Preferences > Extension Warehouse. Make sure that the extension you're trying to install is enabled in the "Installed" tab. If it's not, click on the checkbox to enable it.

If you're still having problems installing the extension, try deleting the Sketchup preferences file. On a Mac, this file is located at ~/Library/Preferences/SketchUp XX.plist (where XX is the version of Sketchup you're using). On a Windows PC, it's located at C:UsersAppDataRoamingSketchUpSketchUp XX.ini (where XX is the version of Sketchup you're using).

Make sure that you allow Sketchup through your firewall and then try again. Sketchup might be unable to install the extension because it was blocked by your firewall.
