Working as an interior designer is a job that requires many qualities. Interior Design School is most definitely worth it because one can obtain most of these skills at school. Furthermore, many designers owe their success to the extensive education they received. Some students may explore careers outside design such as becoming blacksmiths or butchers; however, you would not need this type of schooling for those positions! All in all, educational opportunities are never wasted and we recommend taking every opportunity available.

Interior design school is beneficial in so many ways. It not only gets you the degrees and certification necessary to provide a valuable service, it also helps you to grow as an individual and helps you build your portfolio so employers can see the quality of your work. While no one owes their livelihood to someone else, we do owe each other the assistance needed in order to provide for ourselves at a standard that reflects our culture's sense of decency. What better way than by directing people into professions that are seen as lucrative and rewarding than teaching them interior design at such an early age? More importantly, just because someone may find success in this profession does not mean they have found peace with themselves or their relationship with others.

For sure. If you like designing, why not? If your conversational skills are lousy, the school will give you some of that too. It's worth it for me to go to engineering college or design school because I always wanted to be an engineer and my ideas on interior design are just plain wrong. And I can't live without my coffee in the morning! Hahaha! Seriously though, it is not that expensive if one sticks with two or three years. But wait, many people find that they do not need any more than a bachelor's degree in order to get started in their field is this true?
