Despite the English name, the University of Santo Tomas offers a five-year undergraduate program in interior design. Established this year as part of their College of Engineering's eight-course curriculum, it is currently one of only two universities in the Philippines to offer a degree in interior design.
University of Santo Tomas offers a bachelor's degree in interior design. The Department of Architecture & Fine Arts also offers a bachelor's degree on interior design. For more inquiries, please visit their website for details.

In the Philippines, there are 6 Universities - Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), National University (NU) and University of the Philippines Diliman. The core curriculum to pursue a Bachelors degree in Interior Design would include concepts such as design theory, history and philosophy; 2D/3D design techniques; role-playing; building materials and assemblies; construction drawings (architectural detailing); sketching / rendering (sketchup); digital presentations systems – including virtual tours tools for web development or animation.

This is a question that's beyond the scope of one person to answer, because there are a number of universities in the Philippines with 12 programs centered on interior design. The kinds of schools you're likely looking for are night classes because the daytime ones have too many requirements, like drafting and math skills.
Information to include in this answer: The top four choices for night class coursework would be University of Santo Tomas at Alfredo M. Velayos, National College Manila at Thomas Aquinas College-EDSA Annex/Administration Building (they offer Introduction and Interior Design Certificate Programs), Batangas State University Foundation Law School, Centro Escolar University Manila Downtown Campus.

There are many different options for studying design in the Philippines. The De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde offers a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, while ADF Academy, SDA College (formerly SDASAA) and Quezon City Polytechnic University offer short courses on interior design. If you're looking to enroll at any of these schools, I recommend checking their websites or contacting them directly; most will have information about admission requirements and student life that you can find through their website's search function or by contacting them directly.
