There are plenty of interior design universities in Portugal. This includes the following schools: the University of Algarve, Instituto Superior de Arquitectura do Porto, Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and Instituto Superior Técnico.
But beware; unless you're opening your own business or freelancing to supplement with a day job I would recommend researching ways of studying abroad because Lisbon is one of those cities that are on everyone's mind these days.

UNITED KINGDOM INSPIRED INTERIORS STUDIO has been ranked #1 for Interior Design, Architectural Engineering and Furnishing at the University of Lisbon.
If you prefer to study interior design in a more relaxed atmosphere where creativity is honoured, then Lisbon may be the city for you. Located on the banks of Tagus river with a large salt water lagoon as it's backdrop, all apartment blocks are white and tidy which looks great juxtaposed against blue skies and light grey cobbled streets. The University where I studied offered courses like Interior Design that focused on how to create elegant spaces that would make people feel comfortable living or working there.

A four-year course in Interior Design is offered at the University of Aveiro. Founded in 1973, it's situated in a green area, surrounded by parks and lakes and is very near to two towns famous for their boats (Caldas da Rainha) as well as historic Tembleque - one of the most important prehistoric sites on the Peninsula.
This school offers degree courses (Bachelor) which last 3 years and post-graduate courses or Master Degree, lasting 1 year. Graduate students are invited to participate in international exchange programmes such as Erasmus+ or Leonardo da Vinci+. The programme includes subjects such as  interior design theory principles; interior space analysis; spatial planning techniques and more.
