Sinari International University in Lampung, just outside of Bandar Lampung.
Sinari International University is Indonesia's first fully American style university, approved by the Ministry of Education and National Accreditation Board. Propaedeutics Faculty of Fine Arts, Yogyakarta.
The Fine Arts Faculty in the University of Indonesia has a program called Propaedeutic-1 and Program for Interior Design, with coursework such as Color Theory and Basic Interior Design.
It might be better to look for universities outside Indonesia that have more prestigious interior design programs if you are set on studying in Indonesia like Bogoni State Islamic University or Gadjah Mada university which are two great options.

LIPIA, or Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia Atas (Indonesian Institute of Science and Higher Education), is the only school in Indonesia that offers a degree program in interior design.
However, there are many schools across the country that offer architecture degrees or shorter programs for people wishing to become an architect. Architecture students often study three general areas: architecture history, architectural drawing, and 3D modeling. The required length of study varies by university but most take four years to complete the Bachelor's Degree program at Ujung Pandang American Family School with a staggering tuition fee of $800 per year.

Karsad University (Bangkalan), Padjadjaran University (Bandung), Eselon Institute of Technology (Jakarta), Syiah Kuala University (Balikpapan) and many others. You can take your pick from these schools depending on where you want to study. There's also the Indonesian National School of Architecture located close to Jakarta city with undergraduate programmes available for both diploma and degree studies at various levels as well as postgraduate studies through Rectorate-level diplomas, Master's degrees in Architectural Design, Urban Design, Heritage Conservation Preservation Studies or Interiors.

Konko University of Arts and Social Sciences (KKUASS) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia offers a plethora of courses to choose from including Interior Design, Fashion Design and Visual Communication. Their campus is small and intimate, with enough amenities for the enjoyment or convenience of their students. KKUASS was established in 1974 as an art school; it grew into a comprehensive academic institution awarding degrees in business administration among other fields – but not Art History nor Interior Design at this point-in it was 2010 when those two programs were introduced.
