There are several excellent interior design schools in Germany. Leibniz University Hannover, Academy of Fine Arts Munich, Coburg University, and others are just a few examples. However, before you spend three to five years studying interior design at a university in Germany, I recommend that you take one or more professional training courses that specialize in interior design. Why not enroll in the Home Design Institute course? Here's more information: https://homedesigninstitute.com/course/170/. You may also take advantage of their free trial. The next launch date for this course may be found here: https://homedesigninstitute.weebly.com/course/171

The University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt am Main in Germany offers a range of interior design courses. One course it offers is the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Architectural Interior Design and Space Design. The two-year program includes a comprehensive study of architectural principles applied to the field, and trains students in lighting technology, architectural structural analysis, furniture production for protection from fire hazards, and spatial engineering specifications. Those wishing to become an interior designer may also find education at Donau-Universität Krems and Hochschule Furtwangen helpful.

In Germany, you typically need a Bachelors degree or two years of vocational school to become an "initial qualification". Getting into the master levels usually involves going through a five-year university program. For specialized careers in English, such as interior design or advertising, the time frame increases to six years for graduate students.

Hochschule fur Architektur und Bauwesen Dresden is highly competitive, but may be worth an application, as it's ranked one of the top 5 programs in Germany for the subject. They also have a well-respected fashion design program that many students from all over Europe study at. You can get more information on their website.
A less expensive option would be German Design School HFBK Hamburg, which has extended undergraduate and graduate programs for interior architects with strong connections to sustainable design concepts and techniques of sustainable architecture.
If you're not interested in returning to school or coming to Germany there are some online options available through other universities that cover this field of study.
