Yes, anyone can learn Sketchup. The tool is not difficult to use, and you don't need an engineering degree or extensive knowledge of CAD software to be able to do things that aren't even possible with most other 3D design tools. In fact, some designers have credited SketchUp for teaching them how to model in 3 dimensions without knowing it prior to using SketchUp and its click-and-drop interface.
Additionally, many interior designers recommend Sketchup as a way of generating a quick 3D rendering without spending time modeling the entire project from scratch in another more complex architectural program.

Sketchup is a powerful, beginner-friendly design software with an easy, intuitive interface that can be utilized by anyone. Comparing sketchup to Adobe's Photoshop, which may be considered "relatively simple" for professional photographers or artists who have extensive experience using the program and know all of its features well; sketchup is able to provide novice designers and engineers with such helpful capabilities as text rendering (including curved edges), distance measurements for distances between points and surfaces, alignment indicators that allow seamless integration of architectural components in plan drawings or views from different elevations; smoothly rounded objects when selecting the shape (ellipse) tool and extruded rectangle shapes which make drawing floorplans a breeze.

Sketchup is a basic 3d modeling program. It's well-liked for its ease of use and relatively large community filled with people who are eager to help others learn it. If you are not already an interior designer then sketchup may not be the best first choice, but if you want to try something new or assist in design then sketchup could be a great tool for you! Not so sure about learning it? There is no better way than to jump in and start by watching tutorials on YouTube (of course there are many sources out there).

Yes. Sketchup is intuitive and incredibly easy to use for both beginners and professionals. In fact, many interior designers have come to rely on Sketchup as the most simple way of modeling their work. For example, at a trade show, an interior designer can pull up a model on their iPad in order to demonstrate that dining room table they've been bragging about or that new custom kitchen design they've been working on all year long. They can do this by simply connecting wirelessly to a laptop back at their office since it's quick enough for them to do everything they need right there without having to return as quickly as possible after the show explores its exciting possibilities with customers who may be interested in investing in something like that themselves.

Sketchup is often used by architects, engineers, educators, and contractors as well as home-owners and interior designers. Sketchup is an amazingly versatile tool for anyone who wants to plan projects from beginning to end. If you're a designer or the owner of a new construction project houses can start with sketchup in the design phase that way changes are easily made. If you're building your own home then structures such as roof pitches and architectural elements like columns can be sketched up in detail before any actual work starts on site.
