I've been using SketchUp for interior design since 2006, and I still feel like there's so much to learn! I think the beauty of SketchUp is that it's relatively simple to use and very versatile. You can create just about anything you can imagine, and there are always new plugins and tutorials popping up to help you improve your skills.

I started using SketchUp about a year ago, and it didn't take long before I felt comfortable using it for interior design projects. I find that SketchUp is really intuitive and easy to use, and it's great for creating detailed 3D models. Plus, there are tons of tutorials and resources available online if you ever need help with anything. Overall, I would say it probably took me a couple of weeks to feel completely comfortable using SketchUp for interior design.

It took me awhile to really get comfortable using SketchUp because I kept second-guessing my abilities. I would find myself getting frustrated when something didn't look quite right, or when I couldn't figure out how to do something. But I kept at it, and eventually those moments became few and far between.

I remember when I first started using SketchUp for interior design projects. I was a bit intimidated at first, but after watching some tutorials and playing around with the software for a while, I quickly got the hang of it. It didn't take me long to feel comfortable using SketchUp for interior design projects; within a few weeks I was feeling confident and able to produce some great results.

Designing in SketchUp can be a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes immensely powerful and fun! I'd say it took me somewhere between 20-30 hours of messing around until I felt comfortable using it for design work. Everyone's mileage will differ though - some people learn faster than others, and some people find 3D modeling easier than others. The great thing about SketchUp is that there are lots of instructional videos and written tutorials available online, so you can always reference them if you get stuck.
