Yes. The profession of interior design concerns both the design and construction of the interior space, and its decoration with furniture, fabrics, wall coverings and art objects. It is therefore dearly related to architecture, since it also depends on the studied rules in each culture about what should be put into a room (rooflines), where certain rooms are located or how they are organized or even whether they are treated as masculine or feminine spaces.

Interior design can be considered architecture if it's a conscious decision to create the perfect space. Architecture is the building of structures that may or may not be for residential use, but to make them aesthetically pleasing in some way.

Interior design architecture is a subset of Architecture that traditionally specializes in residential buildings, and focuses on the principles and aesthetics of interior environments. Common uses of these skills include working with entrepreneurs or developers as well as architects to align desired building characteristics with financial realities. The ability to put into words the concepts that an architect brings to life through their work is key to success in this field where its clients often make emotional decisions based upon color schemes or floor-plan layouts rather than structural soundness.

Yes. Interior design is a subcategory of architecture that focuses on the interior space of a building, and considering how it meets the needs of those who will use it.
The term "interior design" was originally synonymous with interior decoration, both terms creating together an umbrella term which encompasses all aspects of designing (incl. landscape and graphic) within a building's interior space. However, in 1938, William Henry Goodheart published his "Interior Design," establishing both terms as separate forms in their own right that would be invested with different responsibilities by him -
Interior Decoration as being responsible for matters concerning surface treatments such as color and texture and related decorative arts.

Yes. Interior decoration, or as it is more commonly known, interior design architecture.
Interior decorators' goal is to create a functional yet aesthetically pleasing design layout that flows well - the different types of rooms should be easy to navigate and keep a good flow between the various areas. Interior designers often work in tandem with architects when overhauling homes or businesses; both professionals play different but integral roles in helping the space look and feel welcoming while conforming to code regulations. Architects may make structural plans for remodeling a building's spatial arrangements, while interior designers will take these plans and mold them into styles which clients can live comfortably in every day.
