Interior design is an art form that interests me for a variety of reasons. I love being creative and crafting unique and interesting living spaces. Interior design allows me to be creative and think outside of the box to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. I also think it is wonderful to be able to transform an area into something unique and special for the owner, by simply rearranging the furniture, changing out colors and adding personal touches. I have always had an eye for design and I find it very fulfilling to create something with my own hands.
Moreover, I find interior design to be a great way to express my personality and emotion. Through interior design, I am able to create an atmosphere of harmony and peace, or a modern and inviting space that is filled with color and life, depending on what I’m trying to achieve. Also, I get great joy from helping other people visualize and create their dream space. Interior design is a great way to make an empty space into a home that reflects the individual’s personality and tastes. Designing a living space is not just about making it beautiful, but also about making it practical, so that it can meet the needs of the people who live in it. These reasons are why interior design interests me.

Interior design has always been a source of fascination and interest for me. From a young age, I remember being completely engrossed by all the details of a space–from the layout of the furniture to the texture of the walls, or the colors of certain décor. I think what first set me on the path of interior design was watching HGTV shows. I was so amazed by the transformation of a space and all the creative ideas the designers had to create practical, beautiful living spaces.
The main thing that interests me the most about interior design is the way it can evoke a certain emotion and atmosphere in a room. By juxtaposing different colors, textures, shapes, lighting, and furniture, designers are able to create a unique feeling that is both visually pleasing and practical. Even though the same materials, colors, and furniture pieces may be used in different designs, the way they are arranged will have a big impact on the feeling and atmosphere of the room.
In addition to the creative aspects of interior design, I also find the technical aspects very interesting. I like learning about the basics of architecture, building codes and regulations, design theory, and even the business side of running an interior design business. It’s so fascinating to learn all the complexities that go into designing and executing a successful project.
Overall, I am deeply interested in the way interior design can transform a space and give it new life. From the creative side of dreaming up new ideas to the technical side of making those ideas come to life, interior design continues to be a source of fascination for me. I look forward to furthering my knowledge and experiences in this field.

Interior design has always held a special interest for me. From the moment I moved into my first apartment as a college student, I was fascinated by the different ways I could transform the space. I had the opportunity to play with different colors, patterns and pieces of furniture to design a unique and inviting atmosphere. With this newfound freedom, I discovered the power of interior design and how it can significantly influence the way a person experiences a space.
I also find the idea of matching different components in the different rooms of the home to create a cohesive décor interesting. As a visual artist, I can appreciate the ability to create a certain atmosphere or mood for anyone inhabiting the space. Whether it be through color, texture, or pattern, I enjoy the challenge of arranging them in a harmonious way that reflects the unique personality and lifestyle of the individual.
I am particularly passionate about incorporating comfort and functionality into an interior design. I strive to create practical yet stylish solutions to everyday problems within the home. From built-in shelving and storage to custom seating and lighting, there are an endless amount of possibilities to explore with interior design.
Finally, interior design is an ever-evolving field with new trends, products and design concepts to discover. Challenging myself to stay informed with the latest developments in the industry also adds to my passion for interior design. I love being able to turn an ordinary space into an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. When I’m designing a room, I aim to create a balance between practicality and aesthetics. By creating a harmonious space, I enjoy creating an environment where my family and friends can feel comfortable and at home. I also love being able to take a small space and make it look bigger and more dynamic by adding different textures, colors, and patterns.
Interior design is also a great way to reflect my personal style. I find that by adding personal touches to a room, I can make it unique and special. Whether it’s a piece of artwork, a vintage vase, or just some unique pillows, it’s amazing how personal items can completely change the atmosphere of a room. It's really satisfying to be able to come up with solutions to layout problems, storage solutions, and furniture placement. It requires me to think outside of the box and use my imagination to create a space that works for me and my lifestyle.
In addition, interior design has the potential to make a positive impact on people’s lives. It can transform an otherwise dull, drab space into something vibrant and inviting. I know how much I appreciate a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
