    Do:
    - Make sure the room is dark and quiet; ideally, there should be no streetlights or noise from outside coming in.
    - Use black-out curtains or heavy drapes to block out all light.
    - Place a mattress on the floor rather than on a bed frame to reduce noise and limit movement.
    - Use soft materials like cotton sheets, wool blankets, and down comforters to create a cozy environment.
    - Hang pictures or artwork at eye level to create a focal point and add visual interest.
    - Use plants or flowers to add freshness and natural beauty.
    - Keep clutter to a minimum; declutter your space every few months to keep it feeling fresh.

Do create a clutter-free and serene environment. Don'ts include using busy prints or bright colors, which can be stimulating and cause sleep disturbances.
Do make sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet.
Don't have a television in your bedroom - it's too stimulating and can keep you up at night.
Make sure your bed is comfortable and that you have plenty of pillows and blankets.

    Do:
-Make sure the room is quiet and dark. No noise or light should be able to enter the room.
-Have a comfortable bed that is big enough for you to stretch out in.
-Make sure the room is cool and has good air circulation.
    -Keep clutter to a minimum.

    DonDon't:
-Put your bed against a wall. This will make the room feel cramped and claustrophobic.
-Have too much furniture in the room. It will make it difficult to move around and will make the space feel cluttered.
-hang mirrors on or opposite of the bed. They can create negative energy and interfere with sleep patterns.

-Keep the room clutter-free and well-organized
-Use light colors in the décor and opt for soft, plush fabrics for bedding and window treatments
-Choose furniture that is comfortable and has a soothing design
-Make sure there is plenty of storage space so you can keep your bedroom organized and tidy
-Install blackout curtains or shades to create total darkness during sleep hours
-Avoid using bright overhead lights; use lamps instead to create a relaxing mood

    Do:
    - Choose a light and neutral color palette to create a calm and soothing atmosphere.
    - Make use of plenty of natural light by incorporating large windows or skylights.
    - Maximize storage space by using built-in furniture and storage units.
    - Keep the bedroom clutter-free for a relaxing environment.

    Don't:
    - Use dark colors which can make the space feel cramped and oppressive.
    - Place heavy furniture in front of windows as it will block out natural light.
    - Hang pictures or posters on the walls as they will create visual distractions.
    - Use too many decorative items as they can make the space feel cluttered and overwhelming

DO keep your bedroom simple and clutter-free. This will help you relax and get a good night's sleep.

DON'T make your bedroom into an office or home gym. This will only create more stress and make it difficult to relax in your own bedroom.
