    Do create a clutter-free and serene environment. Don'ts include using busy prints or bright colors, which can be stimulating and cause sleep disturbances.
    Do make sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet.
    Don't have a television in your bedroom - it's too stimulating and can keep you up at night.
    Make sure your bed is comfortable and that you have plenty of pillows and blankets.
